Chiropractic & Rehabilitation
Chiropractic is a hands-on therapy aimed at correcting the source of musculoskeletal problems. Chiropractic is based on the diagnosis and manipulative treatment of misalignments of the joints, especially those of the spinal column, which are held to cause other disorders by affecting the nerves, muscles and organs.

The Benefits of Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic care is essential for finding natural pain relief and lasting wellness, providing a non-invasive, drug-free alternative to address the root cause of many musculoskeletal and nervous system issues. A skilled chiropractor focuses on manual adjustments to alleviate back and neck pain, headaches, and joint stiffness, leading to improved posture, better range of motion, and enhanced overall body function.
For many patients, this holistic approach reduces the need for medication and accelerates injury recovery. Athletes, in particular, benefit from regular chiropractic adjustments to optimize their body’s biomechanics, which can boost performance and prevent future injuries.

3) Move Regularly: Take breaks every 30-60 minutes to stand, stretch, or walk and avoid prolonged sitting.
4) Check Your Posture: Consciously sit tall, push hips back, and keep your core gently engaged to avoid slouching.

Why you should see a chiropractor
Most of us know what it’s like to feel pain or discomfort in the neck, back, and shoulders – or anywhere for that matter. We might experience many types of physical pain throughout our lives, but when it has something to do with our joints, bones, or muscles, and it interferes with our ability to work, function, enjoy life, or even just to sleep, what are we to do?
